Michael began his commercial real estate career in 2003 at Cushman & Wakefield, where he quickly established himself as a top young agent at one of the country’s largest commercial real estate firms. Early in his career, Michael focused primarily on the sales and leasing of suburban office developing a strong foundation in representing owners, investors, and tenants.

Michael’s early success, combined with his professionalism, market knowledge, and client-focused approach, allowed him to expand his expertise into warehouse, industrial, land development, retail, medical, and multi-residential properties. His diverse experience across multiple property types has helped him achieve consistent recognition for both production and client satisfaction.

Since starting New York Commercial Realty Group, LLC in 2005, Michael has developed extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate markets throughout Westchester County, the Bronx, and Rockland County. He takes a practical, hands-on approach to each assignment and places a strong emphasis on understanding his clients’ objectives, identifying opportunities, and successfully navigating transactions from initial strategy through completion.

Michael was born and raised in Yonkers, New York, and currently resides in Armonk, New York with his wife and three daughters.
